Situated in the historic mill village of Williamsford, Ontario, our bookstore café is a destination for book lovers, food lovers, and explorers alike. With a carefully curated inventory of over 200,000 books, we offer one of the most diverse selections in the region, featuring new, old, out-of-print, and rare titles across more than 100 categories. Our shelves span an extraordinary range of subjects, including art, modern first editions, military history, literary criticism, ships and the sea, science fiction, classic and contemporary literature, gardening, music, business, architecture, nature, philosophy, Indigenous studies, anthropology, and a rich selection of children’s books—along with many delightful discoveries in between. While browsing, guests are invited to relax in our welcoming café and enjoy food made from scratch using fresh, local ingredients. Our baked goods are prepared in-house and include customer favourites such as butter tarts, muffins, cookies, scones, pecan shortbread, and more—perfect companions to a good book. We are currently open Friday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and closed seasonally from January 1 until March Break.
